a.       You are invited to participate in an online survey about the use of a U of T website called Ulife,www.ulife.utoronto.ca.

b.       The University of Toronto at St. George, Mississauga and Scarborough are interested to get your feedback on the website

c.       If you participate, you will be entered in a raffle draw for a $150 gift card to the Eaton Centre or $100 gift card to Amazon.ca upon completion of the survey.
