Deadlines
- Round 1 — Friday, November 4th, 2011
- Round 2 — Monday, January 13th, 2012
- Round 3 — Friday, March 2nd, 2012
The purpose of the Partnership Fund is to encourage campus wide collaborations on innovative initiatives, projects, and events that promote a vibrant student experience and are consistent with the strategic goals of UTSC.
The application must include at least a partnership between one or more student organizations or clubs, and a UTSC staff, faculty, or department. Partnerships can also include external community collaborations.
Notes about the Partnership Fund:
- Please print and submit a Partnership Fund Form with your application.
- You have to apply to receive funding. All applications are due in SL- 157 by 5 PM.
- Please note that you may not be granted the entire amount you’ve requested! There is a committee that comes together to decide what each group/proposal is eligible for.
- The Partnership Fund works on re-imbursement. You will have to pay any costs associated with your event up-front. Once you submit receipts for your event, you will be reimbursed up to the amount the committee decides your group is eligible for.
For example: The committee sees your proposal for $500 but determines your collaborative project is only eligible for $200. You can submit receipts for costs totaling up to $200.
