CONSTITUTIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Your constitution is the foundation upon which the organization is built. It provides the framework for the organizational structure, membership, procedures, rules of conduct, etc.

The University’s interest in your organization’s constitution is based around its desire that organizations and individuals using its name and its facilities engage in activities in accordance with the law. In addition, it is important that individuals who join an organization and take part in its activities do so with full knowledge of their rights and responsibilities with the group.
