Classroom space cannot be booked for the first 2 weeks of every term.
The Registrar’s Office requires this period to finalize lecture and tutorial schedules.
Requests will be processed as they come into the system, and a queue will be formed. As confirmations arrive from the Registrar’s Office, your group will be notified. Please plan for this accordingly.
Please note this will occur at the start of EVERY term- in September, January and May.

Recognized Campus Groups may not book space for, or sponsor, non-university groups or activities. By booking space through the online form, it is recognized that the space requested is for the sole use of the recognized campus group and not for any other organization.
Booking one space does not mean that adjacent spaces are available for use as well. (E.g. Having a movie night in SY 110 does not mean that you can sell tickets and concessions in SY 110 foyer).
Please do not visit other offices to book space. Out of respect to other campus stakeholders and their time, this online system was created to facilitate student group requests. These visits only slow down the overall process. Please book well ahead of time to ensure that you have a space for your meeting/event/activity.
All space requests must be made 7 business days before your event. Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are not business days.
To make changes to your room request, another booking must be submitted online via the booking form. Email requests WILL NOT be accepted.
To book Athletics space (gym, studio, fields), 14 business days are required to process the request.
Please note that during the first two weeks of every term (Fall, Winter & Spring) classroom bookings will be unavailable. See note at the top of the page.
Use the Room Availability website offered by the Registrar’s Office to find out when classes and tutorials are not scheduled. For spaces such as the Meeting Place and Athletics facilities, please schedule alternate times and dates in your booking.
If the space you wish to book is not listed, please insert your request in the ‘Classroom’ field.
